If you’ve never had bubble tea before, then now’s your chance, as Chatime is now open in Leicester.
The bubble tea cafe has opened a branch in High Street, and the variety of tea on offer includes lychee black tea, Chatime milk tea, or mango green tea.
Chatime was founded in Taiwan - where bubble tea originates from - and has more than 1,000 stores around the world.
With 'cha' meaning tea, a trip to Chatime is quite simply, 'tea time'.

Typically, bubble tea is served with a layer of tapioca balls - and Chatime make their own on-site every day, to ensure a chewy, moreish texture.
If tapioca isn't to your taste, there's six other toppings available for you to have with your drink.
